Another birthday single and blessed.

Good day peeps

It’s definitely got to be a special week people… 3 posts in 5 days…WOW 😮. I’d like to give a massive shoutout to all my readers/followers, THANK YOU for all of your support, and encouragement. As you can see from today’s title, I’m celebrating another birthday single, I was going to say alone, but that is NOT the truth. I am not alone, for God has promised He will never abandon me! I’m guaranteed the joy of His presence every single day of my life! And The Lord has also surrounded me with a FANTASTIC family. The major point that I desire to make today is, one should appreciate the wonderful blessings which God has placed around them (friends, family, and our great comforter the Holy Spirit etc).

Every time I want to fall into the trance of self pity, the Lord reminds me of how much I’ve got to be grateful for.

E.g. whenever I ‘feel’ that I don’t have someone to discuss my challenging days with, God points me to the amazing family which He has given me! I have family to speak with, what a great blessing. And I can also layout my concerns before the Lord, nothing is too heavy, or burdensome for the Lord to hear, or carry.

Psalm 62:8 ~ O my people, trust in him at all times. Pour out your heart to him, for God is our refuge. Interlude

[SIDE NOTE: Who have you been ignoring?

Which friend, and or sibling are you turning a blind eye to, because you’d rather be speaking with a potential spouse who hasn’t come into your life just yet (a spouse who lives within your imagination)’.

Stop deeming family/friends communication as insignificant.

STOP ignoring their love!].

And whenever I ‘feel’ that I need a man to help me fulfil my God given vision. I’m reminded of the wonderful supportive friends I have, who push me to accomplish greatness. And the Holy Spirit who cheers me on.

During times I ‘believe’ I need to be held up, especially when aunt flow comes along, God encourages me that, He is holding me up. He is the One who sustains me, who comforts me, and whose loving arms embrace me. I’m thankful for the strength which He provides me with for each day, including the days when I’m menstruating!

And during moments I’ve thought, ‘I don’t have a significant other to enjoy special life events with, such as Christmas’, God points my eyes, and soul, to MY FAMILY! I’m so appreciative of my family, and for all the other great people God has placed in my life. As time goes on, I value them so much more. My family and a few close friends, have been there for me through thick and thin. They’ve tended to me during my not so great moments in life (tantrums).

Lastly whenever I ‘believe’ that no one understands, Christ be like ‘honey I get you, I died unmarried in my 30s. And I mean in my time, a person in their thirties was considered mature. Well old enough to be married with kids’.

Luke 3:23 ~ “Jesus was about thirty years old when he began his public ministry. Jesus was known as the son of Joseph. Joseph was the son of Heli.”

I’m grateful to be alive, AND well, and to know the Lord Jesus Christ. We should never take the small things in life for granted.

Psalm 107:1 ~ Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.

Psalm 9:1 ~ I will give thanks to you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.

Recall, reflect, and write out, all the good things which God has done in your life!

Psalm 77:11 ~ But then I recall all you have done, O LORD; I remember your wonderful deeds of long.
