Some visions take time to come to fruition!!!

Good afternoon to my lovely WordPress family

I hope you’ve all had a great kick start to the new year. It’s such a wonderful blessing to be able to live to see another decade, which I hope is full of exciting endeavours for us all! But I want to remind us all to spend our time well, live life well, and in everything we do give our absolute best so that we live up to our FULL potential. And lastly we should never lose heart!

Upon reading scripture it dawned on me that… Some of the tasks which we engage in will take a longer amount of time to bear fruit or take a while for us to see that our work is making significant change! God told Noah at the age of roughly 500 that He would send a great flood, so he needed Noah to build an ark! Now it was not until Noah was 600 years old that the greatest flood which mankind has ever known took place! That means it took roughly 100 YEARS before Gods spoken word came to pass! And I’m guessing that during those many MANY years Noah could have been insulted by peers and extended family memebers who would have questioned if he ‘really’ heard from God! People may have spent time mocking Noah carrying out his task/vision up until the point of the flood, but he did not let that stop him from building the ark! This tells me that Noah was a great man of faith who obediently followed out Gods instruction, even when it seemed like he had no tangible reason to do so!

Genesis 5:32-Genesis 7 ~ An account of the flood!

Genesis 7:6 ~ Noah was 600 years old when the flood covered the earth.

This also tells me that we should never throw in the towel! We may spend half our lifetime trying to complete a God given task, but we shouldn’t let this discourage us because Gods word concerning our life will SURELY come to pass! The bible mentions in the book of Habakkuk that though the vision my tarry (stay longer than intended), WAIT FOR IT (Habakkuk 2:2). So wait for things to ‘HAPPEN’ instead of quitting.

God who started a good work in your life will be faithful to complete it (Philippians 1:6).

Be aware that some of your own family may doubt your call but like Noah keep pressing onwards. And like Christ KNOW that you are created with purpose to fulfil greatness (Christ KNEW He was the Messiah the Saviour of the world Matthew 16:13-20)!

Love y’all

Have a blessed week until we meet again!

Simply a young woman striving to encourage women of God, whilst trying to spread the gospel to a mass majority of ladies all over the world. I am an armature with regards to blogs, but with more time and by God’s grace I shall improve lol. I want every single female on earth to know how much she is loved by God (John 3:16)! Please feel free to contact me via email for encouragement, advise or prayer (I am not a qualified counsellor, or a pastor, but I believe as a young woman I will be able to relate with SOME of the things other women around the world are going through). <<< As of Feb 2019 I completed my Counselling level 3 diploma Praise God 💃🏾. I intend to help others not in my own strength, but with the help of the Holy Spirit.
