Trust that Jehovah will take care of you.

Good day beautiful people

I hope that this post meets you well? I also pray that every reader continues to stay safe. Have you ever experienced the feeling of not being in complete control? Or have you felt completely helpless in a specific area of your life? Because I know I have 🙋🏾‍♀️. I would like to inform you that this is completely normal.

This is what you call LIFE.

People we have to stop trying to manipulate situations. We’re to believe, and trust that God is in total control. In life it can be pretty scary when things don’t go our way (when circumstances spiral out of control). Most human beings like the feeling of having EVERYTHING in check, but the truth is we don’t have total control. None of us chose the day we were born, neither do we have complete power over when we die. Life can truly catch us by surprise at time’s, but the sooner we realise and accept that we will never know the future, the sooner we can obtain peace. When we surrender our all (our whole life, and decision making) to God, we gain a peace which surpasses all human understanding.

James 4:2 ~ “You want what you don’t have, so you scheme and kill to get it. You are jealous of what others have, but you can’t get it, so you fight and wage war to take it away from them. Yet you don’t have what you want because you don’t ask God for it.”

^^^It is good to have desires, but we shouldn’t scheme to get them (exploit others to get what we want).

Sometimes when we try to manipulate situations we end up making things soooo much worse. (We don’t need to help God do His job, He is more than capable of doing what He says He will do). Take for example Sarah, she encouraged her husband Abraham to take Hagar her servant as his concubine, in order to produce a heir. When Sarah eventually gave birth to her son Isaac, there was strife between Sarah and Hagar. God has His own way of doing things, far better than we could ever do. His promises are simply glorious. Hagar and her son could no longer live under the same roof as Abraham, Sarah, and Isaac. And today the Arabs (descendants of Ishmael) and Israelis (descendants of Isaac) who are in essence relatives (both descendants of Abraham), live in regular conflict with one another till this day. Decisions made in haste can have damaging, and lasting consequences. But we thank God for Christ Jesus who brings life, hope, joy, freedom, forgiveness, and peace into our hearts, and into the world. He restores what Satan tries to steal, and destroy.

Genesis 16:2 ~ So Sarai said to Abram, “The LORD has prevented me from having children. Go and sleep with my servant. Perhaps I can have children through her.” And Abram agreed with Sarai’s proposal.

[Side note:

Perhaps: i. used to express uncertainty

ii. maybe

Sometimes we maybe ensure of HOW, God will work in our lives, but even if we don’t know every detail, we are still to trust the Lord].

Genesis 21: 9-13 ~ “But Sarah saw Ishmael the son of Abraham and her Egyptian servant Hagar making fun of her son, Isaac. So she turned to Abraham and demanded, “Get rid of that slave woman and her son. He is not going to share the inheritance with my son, Isaac. I won’t have it!” This upset Abraham very much because Ishmael was his son. But God told Abraham, “Do not be upset over the boy and your servant. Do whatever Sarah tells you, for Isaac is the son through whom your descendants will be counted. But I will also make a nation of the descendants of Hagar’s son because he is your son, too.”

Trust God for deliverance! Trust that He’ll take care of you. Trust that he will HELP you! Remember that He WILL protect, and HELP His children, because He loves us.

Psalm 115:10 ~ “O priests, descendants of Aaron, trust the Lord! He is your helper and your shield.”

^^^ God is our helper and protector. We can rely on Him.

Psalm 115:12 ~ “The Lord remembers us and will bless us. He will bless the people of Israel and bless the priests, the descendants of Aaron.”

^^^ God will never forget or abandon His child, NEVER.

Ezekiel 34:27 ~ “The orchards and fields of my people will yield bumper crops, and everyone will live in safety. When I have broken their chains of slavery and rescued them from those who enslaved them, then they will know that I am the Lord.”

^^^ God will rescue us from our chains of sin (oppression). He will free us from our prison, all we need to do is ask for His help. Humbly seek the Lord, and He will answer you.

Stay hopeful, encouraged, and EXPECTANT.

God’s promises never fail.

God bless

Simply a young woman striving to encourage women of God, whilst trying to spread the gospel to a mass majority of ladies all over the world. I am an armature with regards to blogs, but with more time and by God’s grace I shall improve lol. I want every single female on earth to know how much she is loved by God (John 3:16)! Please feel free to contact me via email for encouragement, advise or prayer (I am not a qualified counsellor, or a pastor, but I believe as a young woman I will be able to relate with SOME of the things other women around the world are going through). <<< As of Feb 2019 I completed my Counselling level 3 diploma Praise God 💃🏾. I intend to help others not in my own strength, but with the help of the Holy Spirit.
